MadRose Terms of Service Effective: 24 September 2026 1. Operator and scope This store is operated by Rose, trading as MadRose (representative Jinyu Kim; Korean business registration 378-04-03567; mail-order registration 2026-Goyang Ilsandong-1270). The business address is B1, 5-10 Ilsan-ro 380beon-gil, Ilsandong-gu, Goyang-si, Gyeonggi-do 10406, Republic of Korea. These terms apply to browsing, registration, login and member or guest checkout. 2. Products, orders and payment Product contents, options, quantity, price, production time, available destinations and shipping charge are shown before payment. Please provide accurate contact and delivery details. Domestic and international orders use the respective payment methods shown at checkout; the final currency and amount are displayed before payment. The order confirmation page shows the order and payment result. We produce and ship after payment is confirmed. If an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you and refund as required by law. 3. Production, delivery and cancellation Made-to-order items normally take 2–4 days to produce after payment, unless the product specifies another period. Transit time is separate. Our Shipping & Returns notice explains cancellation, exchange, return and refund steps; mandatory consumer rights take precedence. A made-to-order label or card or PayPal payment does not automatically remove statutory withdrawal and refund rights. For international orders, review the shipping and prepaid charges shown before payment. 4. Privacy and customer duties We handle order, delivery and support information under our Privacy Notice. Do not use another person's information without authority or interfere with the store. Do not use our site content or product images commercially without the rights holder's permission. 5. We first try to resolve disputes with you; statutory mediation remains available. Korean law applies, subject to mandatory rules on a consumer's local court and any mandatory consumer protection in the customer's country. 6. Changes We will announce the effective date and reason for a change in advance: at least seven days for an ordinary change and 30 days for a change unfavorable to customers. Unless otherwise agreed or required by mandatory law, existing orders remain subject to the terms in effect when placed.
